Order Procedure


1. Select the product

Browse the product, choose color, flavor and quantity.

2. Add to cart

Add the product into cart. If you have a discount code, you can input it in the page of “Shopping Cart” and click “Checkout” to the payment page.

3. Choose delivery and payment methods

Members can log into their personal accounts and then select the delivery method(including delivery or self-collection), press “confirm payment” to place orders and pay.

4.Confirm order information

An order confirmation email will be sent to you after successful payment. Please check the order details. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service Department info.omyfamilyhk@gmail.com

5. Successfully Ordered

A Shipping confirmation email will be sent to your after the product is shipped. Some orders are shipped with tracking code for you to check the shipping status at any time.

6.Delivery/ Self Collection

The product will be arrived at the shipping address within 2-7 workings days after dispatchor will be picked up from SF Express Station. If choose shop pick up,please pick up the items within 3 days. Additional charges may apply on late pick up. No cancellation or refund will be allowed.

7. Shopping procedure completed

The recipient must sign for confirmation.

*Product colors may slightly vary due to different computer screens or setups, all to prevail in kind. Such deviations, if any, do not act as a ground for replacement and refund.

*In the event of dispute, O!My Family's decision shall be final and conclusive.
